About this trip

This full-day trip takes you from Hurghada to Cairo by plane, so you can see the Giza pyramids and the Egyptian Museum in a single day. We take you from your hotel to Hurghada Airport for the flight to Cairo, guide you through the sites in your language and bring you back to your hotel the same evening.

Giza pyramids and the Sphinx

The tour begins at the Giza pyramid complex, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You then continue to the Great Sphinx, which has the face of King Khafre (Chephren) and the body of a lion, and to the Valley Temple. A traditional Egyptian lunch is served at a local restaurant.

The Egyptian Museum

After lunch you visit the Egyptian Museum, home to one of the world's greatest and most valuable collections of Egyptian art, spanning 5,000 years. You are then driven back to the airport for your flight to Hurghada and taken back to your hotel.

Pickup is at approximately 5:00 AM, depending on where your hotel in Hurghada is, and drop-off is around 9:00 PM the same day. The tour runs daily.
