How do I book a trip?
Choose a trip and send us a booking request on WhatsApp (+20 115 637 2906), Viber, by phone or by e-mail to info@goldensand.online. Every trip page has a request form that fills in the trip name for you. We reply within 24 hours.
Do you pick me up from my hotel?
Most of our trips include pickup and drop-off at your hotel. Check the "What's included" list on each trip page, and tell us your hotel when you book.
Which areas do you cover?
Our trips start in Hurghada and Marsa Alam. Transfers cover Hurghada Airport, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay and Safaga. Day trips go to Luxor, Cairo and Giza, and our multi-day tours continue to Aswan, Abu Simbel, Alexandria and Siwa Oasis.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices on this website are shown in euros (EUR), US dollars (USD) and Egyptian pounds (EGP).
Why do some trips say "Price on request"?
We show a fixed price where we have one. For the other trips, send us your date and the number of guests and we reply with the price.
Do I save money if I book more than one trip?
Yes. When you book a tour with us, you get savings on any future trip you book, with no time limit or expiry date. Ask us on WhatsApp for the details.
How far are Luxor and Cairo from Hurghada?
Luxor is about 290 km from Hurghada, around 4 hours each way by road. Cairo is about 450 km away, around 5 to 7 hours by road. We also run a Cairo day trip by flight.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes. We offer a private yacht, a private speedboat cruise to Hula Hula Island or Orange Bay, and a private 3-day tour to Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel. Ask us if you want another trip as a private tour.
Can I visit Luxor from Marsa Alam?
Yes. Our Luxor day trip from Marsa Alam visits Karnak and Luxor Temple, the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon in one long day.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your trip, you pay 50% of the trip price. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the trip, or do not show up, you pay the full price. To cancel or change a booking, contact us on WhatsApp or by e-mail as early as possible.
