The booking and contact forms do not send anything to our server: they prepare a message that opens in WhatsApp or in your e-mail app, and nothing is sent until you send it there.

When you message, call or e-mail us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number or e-mail address, travel dates, number of guests and hotel. We use it only to answer you and to arrange the trips you book.
Who we share it with
We share booking details only with the people needed to run your trip, for example the driver who picks you up. We do not sell your data.

WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, Instagram and your e-mail provider process your messages under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking messages for as long as we need them to deliver and follow up on your trip and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
