Hula Hula Island Snorkeling Trip from Hurghada

Hula Hula Island is a small island just off the coast of Hurghada in the Egyptian Red Sea. It belongs to the Giftun Islands marine area, a protected region with rich marine life, and can only be reached by boat: there are no roads or public ferries to the island. Its white sandy beaches, calm turquoise water, colorful coral reefs and relaxed tropical atmosphere make it a favorite spot for snorkeling, swimming and sunbathing.

Your day

This full-day trip (7–8 hours) starts with hotel pickup and departs from Hurghada marina. The boat ride to the island takes roughly 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the departure point and sea conditions. The trip includes two snorkeling stops, with a snorkeling guide, to see the coral reefs and the variety of fish along the coast.

You also spend two hours on the beach of Hula Hula Island, also called New Paradise, with soft white sand and shallow, clear water for swimming. The island mixes natural scenery with a beach-club feel, with sunbeds, shaded areas and photo spots; extras such as sofa rides and paddleboarding, and a beach bar with lounge areas, may also be available. The day includes a banana boat ride, lunch, and drinks and mineral water throughout the day.
